About Me

Rebecca is an experienced Assistant Designer with a demonstrated history of working in the retail industry on Mens, Young Mens, and Boys (8-20) product. She is passionate about trend research and market research, as well as clearly communicating the results of that research. Rebecca is skilled in Adobe, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and OnePLM softwares. She has also recently gained certification in VStitcher101 through Browzwear University, a 3D cad making software. She has strong technical sketching capabilities and makes detailed trim sheets (bills of material). With a good understanding of fabrics and trims, Rebecca is able to communicate effectively with overseas partners and vendors to accomplish product goals. She is also able to work effectively cross functionally with product partners including merchants, technical design, and artists/graphic designers. With the current global pandemic, Rebecca has also been able to seamlessly transition to working remotely from home while maintaining working relationships and her level of productivity. Rebecca's main goal in the fashion industry is to offer the best product at the best price for the customer, to make fashion accessible for everyone.
